Estate Planning/Probate
Over the past few years, Michigan's Probate law has dramatically changed as have federal tax laws affecting probate estates. We are well versed in the current state of the law so that we can assist our clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorneys and advanced directives. Whether your assets are modest or massive, we have the knowledge and experience to assist with your estate planning needs. We also assist clients with guardianships and conservatorships and regularly act as guardian ad litem per the request of the Oakland County Probate Court.
Criminal
